The starting point of all our activities is compliance with valid laws and regulations. We operate in accordance with good business principles and in accordance with the regulations governing the industry.

ECONOMIC

We take care of obligations, including accurate payment of taxes and other payments to society. Accounting and documents are accurate and truthful. Our operations are transparent and respectful of others. Customers always get a receipt if they want. We never aim to intentionally mislead the customer or obscure information. Transparency and responsibility are part of Hotel Keurusselkä’s values. Hotel Keurusselkä has an absolute zero tolerance for bribery and corruption.

We take care of our customers’ privacy and protect confidential information in accordance with the legislation.

PERSONNEL AND HUMAN RIGHTS

A healthy staff is Hotel Keurusselkä’s most important resource. Valid legislation and laws are followed at the Hotel Keurusselkä. Hotel Keurusselkä’s employees have functional occupational health care, and their well-being is also considered. Supervisors have been instructed to deal with conflicts.

Sustainable development is a natural part of our daily work, and it covers the entire operation. We respect the environment we operate in and appreciate its history and diversity. We actively strive to reduce our energy and water consumption, minimize waste generation, and improve sorting. We measure and monitor our environmental efficiency regularly. We do it by measuring water, electricity, and energy consumption, as well as the amount of waste generated in our operations. We also encourage our customers to respect and save the environment, and we develop our services in this direction as well.
